myAcademio is a cloud-based management platform for schools, coaching centres and tuition institutes, covering admissions, students, staff, attendance, exams, fees, payroll and reports.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate institute administration.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Ensure you have the right to enter any personal data you upload.
4. Fees & Payments
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or on the Pricing page. Online payments are handled by third-party gateways. Applicable taxes may apply.
5. Intellectual Property
The myAcademio software, brand and content remain the property of NoteXpress. Data you enter remains yours.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Institutes are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Assam.
