We encourage institutes to try myAcademio via a free demo before purchasing, so you can confirm it fits your needs.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests for a new subscription may be considered if raised within 7 days of payment and the service has not been substantially used.
- Renewal payments and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable.
- Payment-gateway charges may be deducted from any approved refund.

5. Processing Time
